Kwazulu-Natal: At 07H12 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the M19 near the Otto Volek Bridge in Pinetown West of Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate the driver of a bakkie towing a trailer lost control resulting in the vehicle rolling several times ejecting the occupants.
Medics found that two occupants, both males had sustained serious injuries and a third male had sustained moderate injuries.
The patients were treated on scene Netcare 911, Medi-Tech, Rescue Care and Red-Line paramedics.
Once stabilised the patients were transferred to an awaiting Netcare 911 helicopter ambulance who flew both patients to a specialist facility for the care they required.
