The traumatic stories about those who were at the Nasrec Sasol garage after attending Sunday evening’s Global Citizen Festival continue to trickle in on people’s social media timelines.
Sarah Langa Mackay is also one of those people who recently shared her horrific ordeal after attending the event. Her story was first shared by her close friend, social media influencer Melody Molale, who explained in detail the traumatic experience Sarah went through.
Melody said that Sarah was almost abducted by six men who had put a bag over her head as they attempted to kidnap her.
The criminals did not take any of her possessions, but just wanted her specifically.
According to News24, the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) managed to arrest seven people who were allegedly linked to the crimes committed on Sunday.
