On Saturday afternoon award-winning Hip-Hop artist Cassper Nyovest‘s manager Tlee Moiloa shared a few unknown facts about the rapper’s career. Mufasa is undoubtedly one of Mzansi’s top music acts with a string of accolades that need no announcement unless you are him.
Tlee Moiloa shared with his followers the reason Cassper decided to go independent was all because of a meeting with a certain record label.
According to Tlee, they met with Sony and the label head told Mufasa that in order for them to work with him he would have to drop Nyovest from him as no parent would allow their child to support an artist with such a name.
Well, things turned out quite interesting as Cassper Nyovest is one of the most well-known musicians in this country and everyone knows his name.
