his past weekend, 90’s-icon-turned media personality, Thembi Seete indirectly confirmed that she has given birth to a baby girl after she put up a Mother’s Day post directed at her daughter.
Seete has been incredibly private about her new relationship and her pregnancy but here’s what we’ve managed to pick up thus far…
Her baby girl’s name is Dakalo
She started using the hashtag #Dakalo🎀 paired with a pink bow on all her posts from 31 December 2017 when she captioned her New Year’s eve holiday snap “Goodbye 2017 🙏🏾🙌🏾 #Dakalo🎀 new journey 2018 ❤️.” Although many thought she was ushering in a new year, perhaps this was when she confirmed her pregnancy and decided on the baby girl’s name.
Her partner and possible baby daddy is believed to be Collen Mashawana.
The baby might have been born in April. Last month she shared a pic of some flowers from her colleagues at Rhythm City. Perhaps they were a ‘congrats on your new bundle of Joy’ bouquet of flowers as various sources close to Thembi have confirmed to us that it has been a while since she gave birth and she’s just taking some time out to enjoy this moment privately.
