The media personality – who has successfully dabbled in presenting, acting and music – got married to fellow musician, Zakes Bantwini, a couple of years ago and the couple has been expanding their young family. Shortly after getting married, Nandi gave birth to their first child together, Shaka and a few months ago, she became a mother for the second time when she and her husband welcomed their baby girl and Nandi already has plans for her youngest child.

“I want my daughter to celebrate her African aesthetics💕. There’s Power in loving your skin,” she wrote.  Nandi is not the only celeb who embraces their African roots. Trevor Stuurman is another star whose African aesthetic has taken him across the world. The influencer and world-renowned photographer has a very unique and distinctively African aesthetic and that has made him one of the leaders of the new school.
