Thank you for the outpouring love for my growing family – Pearl Modiadie

Television personality and radio host Pearl Modiadie announced recently that she had given birth to her first child, much to the delight of her followers. Taking to social media she shared a picture of her newborn with the following caption:

“I’ve longed for you. To finally have you here feels incredibly surreal… a feeling only my soul can deeply comprehend. Welcome to the world my love…the purest of hearts. You’re perfect in every way. Your father and I love you dearly, we’re actually obsessed with you, but I’ll use the word dearly so we don’t scare you away my love.

Throughout her pregnancy, the Metro FM radio presenter did not reveal a lot, leaving her fans to speculate whether the pregnancy rumours were true or not until she recently let the cat out the bag.

More recently, Pearl took to Twitter to thank everyone for the warm messages that have been coming her way and to reveal how overjoyed she’s been feeling.

“Thank you for the outpouring of love for my growing family! I’m deeply appreciative of every single one of your messages of support and well wishes. My heart is bursting with gratitude for my new chapter & I’m happy to have shared the news with you. Ngiyabonga kakhulu.

Pearl joins a growing list of Zalebs who’ve become new moms and dads. Rapper Cassper Nyovest recently became a dad and judging by his social media posts, he’s loving every moment. Cassper took his newborn to the beach for a music video shoot and his fans came for him, labelling him as an irresponsible parent. People on social media were saying that Nyovest’s son is still fragile, he’s less than a month old, and taking him out on shoots puts his life in danger.

Minnie Dlamini-Jones is also expecting her first child with hubby Quinton. The announcement of her pregnancy broke the internet. Minnie has been expressing how excited she is about becoming a mom.

“Slow jams on a Sunday at home with some good food, and dreaming about the arrival of my child and kind of family my hubby and I are going to have. I’m sooooo excited I can’t wait.
