The Talent Acquisition CoE Administrator provides general administrative assistance to the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition CoE and greater Talent Acquisition global community.

The individual, under the guidance of the Head of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing provides a complete administration service and supports the activities and projects relating to the Talent Acquisition CoE. The individual demonstrates an understanding of the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition environment and stakeholder interests.

What you’ll be doing

Their primary function is to co-ordinate all administrative and logistics relating to the Talent Acquisition CoE for NTT globally which include but is not limited to:

System support – They may be required to assist with the execution of global Talent Recruitment and Talent Acquisition related transactions on the multiple e-recruitment systems and on the HR digital systems.

Job postings – The Recruitment Administrator takes responsibility for supporting global TA leads in keeping internal job postings up to date on the e-recruitment system and assist with the placement and administration related to job boards and social media for external postings. They also ensure that all jobs are posted in line with NTT corporate policies and procedures.
Query management – they display a client service orientation and deal with community queries. When required they escalate these to the relevant stakeholders in the TA CoE.

Process and best practice support – The Administrator supports the global community in following best practice with regards to coordinating all administrative and logistics relating to the recruitment process, which includes coordinating meetings with candidates, vendors, agencies and managers and booking meeting rooms. They ensure that necessary Talent Acquisition guides have been prepared and compiled into a pack per global client/ user.

Project support – The Administrator provides general administrative support when required to execute global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition initiatives including initiatives related to recruitment system upgrades, referral campaigns and marketing campaigns.

Filing and general administration – the Administrator assists with day to day filing and maintains applicant records in accordance with the relevant legislation and company standards. They are responsible for all administrative duties required by the Talent Acquisition CoE.

Behavioural Skills

The Administrator provides efficient administrative support with limited guidance. The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery. They are reliable and are able to produce a high quality of work. They have good verbal and written communication skills. They display good attention to detail and are able to manage work processes.
