Two men arrested in connection with violence at the Moses Mabhida Stadium will appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court. Angry fans invaded the pitch after Kaizer Chiefs lost 2-0 to Free State Stars on Saturday.

The PSL slammed those involved in the widely-condemned incident, in which 16 people, including a security guard, were injured, and called for those responsible to be held accountable.

Moses Mabhida Stadium management is still assessing the extent of damage to infrastructure.
