Position: Ships agency operations coordinator

Job responsibilities:

Invoice allocations and queries

Administer processing of completed agents folder

Update daily port log and vessel registers

Maintain monthly vessel stats file

Update vessel arrival and departure dates

Resolve invoice queries

Assist agents operationally

Compile guarantee and OK to board letters

Compile immigration letters

Assist with Visa applications

Assist clients with general requests, hotel accommodation, vehicle rental etc.

Crew planning

Assist with permits and IMP5

Personal skills:

Career driven

Effective written and verbal communication

Good negotiation skills

Excellent planning skills

Qualifications and experience:

Matric

Valid driver’s licence

Knowledge of ships agency

Accounting knowledge advantageous

Travel industry knowledge advantageous

Job Type: Full-time
