Video of alleged SA ward councillor having tlof tlof with another man emerges – WATCH

A video making rounds on social media showing who is alleged to be Tebogo Sepale, a ward 25 councilor in the city of Matlosana municipality, in Kanana township, North West, having tlof tlof with another man in the bedroom, has left many tweeps in shock.

One of the popular Twitter users, @AdvoBarryRoux took to the platform, exposing the ‘councilor’ for having a tendency of using both men and women who go to look for employment when there are projects, where he requests s.e.xual favours before employing them.

The user posted pictures of the alleged councilor and wrote the story behind his dirty games. He said:

‘There is a video of Tebogo Sepale a ward 25 councilor in city of Matlosana municipality, In Kanana township having s.e.x with another man. Tebogo has a tendency of using both men & women who go to look for employment. When there are projects he requests sex before employing them.’
