Job Focus – Searching for new residential properties to list for rental, and, letting of all available properties.
Offering: –
Good commission
Performance-based incentives – create your own basic from R2 700pm once monthly target is achieved [6 rentals and 4 new property listings]

Dedicated and driven – to overcome challenges
Computer literate – Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional and service driven when dealing with people – Landlords and Tenants
Self-motivated to exceed monthly target – in a competitive market
Requirements: –
Education – Minimum Matric
At least 2 years property sector work experience (preferred)
Strong ability in sourcing new business – canvassing and cold calling
Candidates must have reliable own vehicle with valid driver’s licence, and, reside within 8 -10km of Brackenhurst.
