Western Cape: At 17H00 Wednesday Netcare 911 responded to reports of a shooting outside a residence in Guguletu, Cape Town.
Reports indicate that an unknown number of gunmen opened fire on seven occupants.
Five of the seven occupants, all males had sustained fatal gunshot injuries after being shot in the head what appears to be execution style.
Another two patients, also adult males had sustained serious injuries and were transported to hospital for treated.
Circumstances leading up to the shooting will be investigated by the relevant authorities.
