Gauteng: At 15H12 Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Susanna Road in Florentia Alberton.
Reports from the scene indicate that a pedestrian was struck down by a car.
The patient, an adult male sustained serious injuries and was treated on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic.
Once stabilised the patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
