We like that she is trying to get rid of her Imperfections and make herself into a better person. What is amazing is Ophela Mhlauli is only 21 years old and has already done so much in the Fitness Arena. Our guess is she has so much time to get rid of those imperfections and be a better person.

She is looking better and better because we already know she was a chubby kid and has worked so hard to get in shape. Ophela gave one of her secrets over the weekend when she shared her meals… She said: “Meal prep 🥘. The best time to meal prep is on weekends, Friday you rest, Saturday you brainstorm and get ideas then Sunday you finally cook 😅😁💪🏽💪🏽”
