Pastor Timothy Omotoso’s r@pe and human trafficking retrial has been postponed until Wednesday. The initial case was suspended earlier this year after Judge Mandela Makaula recused himself.
This after it emerged his wife had business interests at a guesthouse where some state witnesses were staying.
On Tuesday, Omotoso’s defence lawyer Peter Daubermann asked for more information relating to the charges.
Omotoso remains in custody while his two co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho are out on bail.
