Salary: R20k CTC Including Medical Aid

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for 3 X Duty Sisters for a client in the healthcare & Medical Sector. This position based in the Somerset West & Southern Suburbs in Cape Town, Western Cape. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse & a current member of SANC (South African Nursing Council) this is a non-negotiable.

Duties & Requirements:

· Qualifications – Relevant nursing qualification, SANC registered.

· Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, frailcare, sub-acute, assistive living, dementia care, palliative care, strokes, orthopaedic and theatre patient care experience.

· The incumbent should be well presented and professional, having their own reliable transport is an advantage, and live close in the southern suburbs &/or Somerset west areas

· Skills and Attributes – Strong interpersonal skills, professional communication, ability to work under pressure, making sound decisions, computer literate, professional, focused,

· Fluent in English, proactive, organizational skills, be able to converse with people on different levels – staff, families, MDT, and other professionals coming into the facility.

· Working Hours: You will be required to work 16.25 shifts per month. Normal working days are Monday to Sundays, as per the roster. Day shifts are between 07h00 to 19h00 and night shifts between 19h00 and 07h00.

· Staff Allocation And Management

· Medication

· MDT And Interaction With Professionals

· Resident Admissions And Discharges

· Clinical Tasks & Emergencies
