Say what you want about the allegations on Mamiya’s hygiene, but clearly tweeps could agree that baby girl has been a champion of natural, but dyed, hair. But it was when she responded to a follower that suggested that she should be elected as “Minister of Natural Hair,” but Ntsiki wanted more suggesting a position as “Commander of the Women’s Movement.”
