KwaZulu-Natal: Netcare St Anne’s Hospital in Pietermaritzburg today celebrated its official Level One accreditation with a trauma day showcasing multi disciplinary teams of professional Healthcare workers within the hospital.
Netcare St Anne’s Hospital is only the third private hospital in South Africa to be awarded this accreditation by the Trauma Society of South and the only private hospital in KZN.
Members of the public as well as local schools were invited and was well attended.
The drawcard was a surprise landing of the Netcare 5 specialised helicopter ambulance on the rooftop heli-pad.
