Mzansi Celebrities reveal which political parties they are campaigning for.
The young starlet seems to have pledged her allegiance.
Despite the very political nature of the country we live in, not many famous faces are comfortable with boldly declaring their political affiliations.
Save for the celebrity influencers hired to front the ANC’s “Reel Stuff” campaign back in 2016, not many local celebs would dare proudly wear their party’s colours and branded gear.
However, with the 2019 elections around the corner, we may just end up seeing a few more famous faces pulling an Ntando Duma.
The MTV presenter recently posted a casual image on her Instagram lamenting the pain of her fresh braided hair while asking her followers if any of them had a secret formula for how to get a painless night’s sleep with fresh braids.
In the image, she is also sporting a visibly branded EFF doek. Duma has previously worked with the EFF having MC’d one of their birthday celebration events.

Wearing a doek to bed is a common practice amongst black women who do it in an effort to preserve their hairstyles for longer.
Wrapping one’s head also has cultural significance and the ANC has taken note of this as they too have a range of doeks for the female ANC supporter.
