Mpho Letsholonyane continues to make history. Over the years, Mpho has been awarded accolades for being one of the best sports personalities in the industry. On Sunday, she celebrated a huge milestone of becoming the first South African woman to present the FIFA World Cup finals.
Mpho Letsholonyane is striding strong and pushing boundaries as she climbs higher up the ladder of success.
“In 2013 when I moved from Randburg to Auckland Park, I was told that I should consider my career over…Today I became the 1st woman in Mzansi to host a FIFA World Cup Final on TV. Hard work and dedication pays off eventually.
This day will go down as a HUGE highlight in my sporting career…Thank you to the SABC management who believed in me. As well as all those who rooted for me behind the scenes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you” she wrote.
