Zozibini Tunzi (27) is hands-on in everything that involves a change in communities. The pageant winner is living up to her words. Zozibini from Eastern Cape took to her social media page to remind people that she meant what she said on 9th August when she was crowned Miss South Africa 2019 winner at Sun Arena in Pretoria. She announced her Gender-Based Violence campaign called #HeForShe.
She wrote on her Twitter account: Remember that time on the 9th of August when I said I would call on all men to stand with women in the fight against Gender-Based Violence? That day has come.
She shared that she is excited to launch her campaign together with UN Women SA. It is the United Nations entity for gender equality and women empowerment. Zozibini further added that she is challenging the nation to stand with women. She said people can also pledge by visiting www.heforsheorg
