Lady Zamar has announced that her sophomore album, Monarch. The star took to social media to share the artwork and the tracklist which includes the lead single, This Is Love and 19 other songs with only two features.
In a statement from her label, Universal Music Group, Lady Zamar shared the meaning behind the album’s title. She said in part: “The Monarch butterfly is one of the biggest butterflies in the world and has a self-defense mechanism that makes it poisonous to predators… but it is also beautiful. What better way to display the multifaceted nature of being a person and a woman, than to name my album after this beautiful, fragile yet dangerous creature. Lady Zamar announces her sophomore album.
