Our Client based in Contermonskloof requires your efficient experienceand track record to manage their bookkeeping up to trial balance. An ideal opportunity to use your all round bookkeeping experience to grow in this financial role.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 and relevant qualification highly advantageous

Own transport

Immediately available or a one week notice period

Computer literate in MSOffice & Pastel or similar Accounting system

Fluent in English and Afrikaans –

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Deadline orientated and a good team player

Clear credit and criminal check

A self-starter who can manage day to day functions well independently

DUTIES

Managing the bookkeeping function to Trail Balance

Complete calculations for SARS, UIF, FEM, etc.

Dealing with statutory accounts and transactions

Wages working on Pastel Payroll

Daily invoicing on Pastel Evolution

Managing Stock control on Pastel Evolution

Cash flow analysis

Data-capturing for stock and details that need to be updated

General Job Costing for daily job requirements

Updating and maintaining asset and equipment registers

Debtors and Creditors functions

Supplier reconciliations and remittances

Managing the Cash book

Salary: R 12,000 – R14,000 dependent on experience
