Sbahle Mpisane on waking up from her coma: I was in so much pain

Sbahle Mpisane has revealed new details about her stay in hospital following a horrific car crash last year
The fitness junkie took to her Instagram Story to speak about the moment she woke up from her come.

“After waking up from my coma I was in so much pain. It was the most difficult time for my family and friends, but they choose to fight for me,” she wrote.

Sbahle added her loved ones are the reason she is alive today.

“Without their faith I would not be here today… I have been blessed with a second chance.
The 25-year-old was seriously injured in a Women’s Day crash last year
The car she was driving on Margaret Mncadi Avenue (formerly Victoria Embankment) in Durban after hitting a pole and bursting into flames.

Passersby were able to remove her from the vehicle before it was engulfed in flames.

The was rushed to hospital and admitted to ICU. Sbahle needed life support to help her breath at one stage.

She was released from hospital three months later.

Sbahle is well on her way to recovery
The wellness and fitness coach revealed on Wednesday (today) that she is ready to start training again.

“Time to get ready to go train with my hunnie @yolanda_sokhela because most of my bones have healed so well,” she wrote on her IG Story.
