Heading into today’s World Cup match, Brazil seems to be firing on all cylinders, as evidenced by a 1-0 victory in a friendly at Germany in March.
Switzerland barely squeaked into the tournament by beating Northern Ireland in a playoff. They are not copying with Brazil’s pressure.
An interesting half of football between Brazil. Tite’s men looked sharp in attack early on and got a deserved lead through Coutinho who scored a typical long-ranger. They have also defended well and Switzerland has not troubled Brazil much.
Maybe in the second half, they might produce something, but so far as it seems Brazil is poised for a cruise here. Waiting for the second half now.
