Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

Degree / Diploma in Human Sciences, Human Resources Management or Industrial / Organisational Psychology.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IR / Labour Law would be advantageous.
Good understanding of Payroll functions.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Have ability to work under pressure and have strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be willing to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical capabilities.
