All vegetables offer health benefits in the form of vitamins, mineral substances, antioxidants and/or fibre. In addition, this amazing food is generally low in calories and is therefore a great food to include in a weight-loss eating plan.

Super spinach
Spinach is a green leafy vegetable that is an excellent source of vitamin A as well as vitamin K.

Garlic seems to offer many benefits to our health and there are ongoing studies regarding this.

Thus far, garlic seems to play an important role in helping to regulate blood sugar levels and promote good heart health. Some studies have revealed that garlic also had the ability to reduce total blood cholesterol, triglycerides as well as LDL cholesterol while raising HDL cholesterol.
