Head of Tourism Required Immediately: Salary R95 000.00 – R140 000.00 Per Month.
We are representing a leading Sudanese owned group who have a diversified portfolio of assets including a tourism business.
Thanks to their focus on Tourism they are presently looking for a General Manager to head up their business.
Duties will include:-
Being accountable of the establishment and development of the company
Building out and operational strategy to achieve sustained growth, including tour construction and relevant marketing
Having full P&L responsibilities and ensure profitability.
Hiring a full management team.
Creating and delivering full reports to the Board.

Candidate Requirements
You will have the following background
Extensive senior management experience in the Tourism industry
Ideally have experience of building a business from scratch
University degree or MBA
Experience of tourism in sub Saharan Africa or another emerging territory is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience of having full P&L responsabilties
