The two are apparently in a relationship, People are still trying to figure it out if its true, as many articles and fans are still saying Kell’s romantic relationship with Chad could be a publicity stunt.
The ‘Asinne’ hitmaker is officially off the market.
Instead of a diamond rock on her finger, the couple decided to tattoo each other’s initials on their ring finger.
“I said yes,” she wrote.
