Refreshing Green lemonade floats
250 ml pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
1 large ripe mango, cubed
125 ml honey
125 ml lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
250 g kale
6 green apples, halved
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 celery sticks
5 cm piece ginger
juice of ½ lime
Mix with 500 g crushed ice
1. Add all ingredients to a jug and stir to mix.
2. transfer to an ice cream machine and churn until thick. Check machine for instructions.
3. Pour into a container and freeze until ready to serve
4. place the green lemonade ingredients together in a juicer and juice into liquid.
5. Pour the mixture into glasses over crushed ice. Top each glass with a scoop of sorbet and serve immediately.
