Two More Patients Die As Ghana’s COVID-19 Death Toll Reaches 44

Two more COVID-19 patients in Ghana have succumbed to the disease taking the death toll to 44, the Ghana Health Service reported on Saturday, 6 June 2020.

The country has total cases of 9,638,according to an update provided by the Ghana Health Service.

Meanwhile, 3,636 persons have recovered after contracting the virus.

The GHS further announced that the country has active cases of Coronavirus 5,958.

Greater Accra region remains the region with the biggest case count with over 6,000 followed by Ashanti and Western region.

Government of Ghana has eased the various restrictions in the country despite the increasing are of daily cases of the deadly pandemic.

Religious activities started across the country today.
