- Passionate about the Food Industry
- Passionate about training and development
- Actively involved in all areas of the restaurant
- Reliable and dedicated as well as be able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage all financial aspects of the restaurant
- Accurately report on the business environment
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Trustworthy and honest
