Five missing Life Esidimeni patients traced
The Gauteng health department has finally traced the whereabouts of five missing Life Esidimeni patients.
This now brings the number of psychiatric patients still missing after the tragedy down to 16.
Most of the patients were traced to the homes of relatives.
The department says most users were found at the new addresses their families had moved to.
Others are doing fine at home – while others have since been readmitted to mental health facilities.
