Chatsworth police investigate fatal shooting
Police in Chatsworth are investigating a murder case after a 50-year-old man was shot dead at his house in Shallcross.
Colin Pather was declared dead by paramedics.
He worked in the eThekwini municipality’s finance department.
It was the second murder in Durban on Thursday, a businessman was shot dead in Springfield earlier in the day.
The Shallcross community is in shock.
