Taking orders in the Dispensary and assisting with General Administration.
Order taking: **
Taking telephonic orders for TPN.
Invoicing of TPN orders and branch orders.
TPN inventory receipt, storage and control.
Picking of stock
Checking of stock
Branch stock allocation and distribution.
Filing and Administration.
Administration:
Queries with regard to invoices and credits.
General filing (invoices, etc.)
Update and maintain all customer information.
Typing of reports when needed.
General:
Assist with stock take.
Assist with any reasonable request by management.
Weekend duties on a rational basis to be compensated for as overtime.
