Speculation that Kelly Khumalo and Chad da Don’s whirlwind romance is over continues to make tabloid headlines
Rumours that Kelly and Chad had called it quits have been doing the rounds ever since fans noticed that they both deleted their loved up snaps from Instagram.
Now Sunday Sun is reporting that Kelly’s ancestral calling could be the cause of their split.
The paper claims that Kelly apparently dumped Chad who is “nursing a broken heart”.
“Remember in October Kelly announced she was on a journey to become a sangoma. Also, Kelly thought she’d found true love until they stopped talking and bragging about each other,” one source told the tabloid.
While Chad’s mom and manager, Norma declined to confirm if they were still together, she did suggest that they hit a speed bump
“Speaking as his manager, I can tell you that Chad will always love Kelly. Kelly is always close to his heart, he cares for her. Whatever they’re going through, I hope they’ll sort it out,” she said.
Chad and Kelly first started serving major heat on social media in November last year, with many believing that it could have been a PR stunt.
However, they proved naysayers wrong as they continued to share intimate moments together. Chad and Kelly even sparked engagement rumours with their matching tattoos in December last year.
“I asked… she said yes. Love you my queen @kellykhumaloza,” Chad wrote on Instagram at the time
