An established company in the health and beauty industry is looking for a Customer Relations Agent to join their team. Reports to: Customer Relations Supervisor. Duties: Deal with all internal and external enquiries, provide feedback and find permanent solutions. These include:
– Account enquiries / information
– Order and courier information/enquiries
– E-mail, telephonic, fax and personal visit enquiries
– Product and general information/enquiries
– Assist with enquiries online i.e. Products, specials, availability, price etc.
– Handle order queries mailbox and enquiries received from consultants
Obtain information from relevant departments to resolve/ provide feedback on enquiries. Log all enquiries received internal and external. Type draft correspondence and general typing. Keep necessary records and do filing. Assist with reception when assistance is needed. Back up to CRM Agent: Registrations / Rebates. Assist sales and CRM whenever the contribution is needed to achieve the common objective. Required skills, knowledge and attributes:
Matric, Valid driver’s license, Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills. BOTH English and Afrikaans speaking. Ability to work both independently as well as in a team. Excellent organizational skills and professional work approach. Ability to deal with a variety of People in a Customer-orientated friendly way. Ability to communicate and screen effectively over the phone and to speak clearly. Ability to deal with people tactfully and to listen effectively. Excellent computer skills in office administration packages: MS Office. Ability to work under pressure Attributes: Friendly, hospitable, professional, organized, willing, faithful and confidential.
Salary: R9000.00 – R10 500.00 CTC
