Canteen Manager Wanted – Apply Now: Salary R400 a day.

Lady with a car and valid drivers license to manage a school canteen. Hours are 7am to 4:30pm. Should have matric and preferably extra education in the food industry/hospitality trade.

A passion for working with food will be essential. Will be required to check health and safety standards, quality and consistency of the food prepared, make stock lists, do a stock take, order stock, collect fresh produce in her own car. Manage and supervise two staff members, cash up and keep a daily ledger. A people person with a sunny disposition is required as she will be in contact with customers all day.
