The waiting is over! Boity Thulo‘s much-awaited reality show ‘Boity: Own Your Throne‘, finally hit our TV screens on Wednesday and the rapper hosted an exciting watch party in Bryanston. The launch was attended by industry colleagues, media and close friends and family. If you’ve ever been to Rockets, you will know that it is always a vibey affair.
Some of Mzansi’s renowned faces who attended the premiere are Maps Maponyane , Nomalanga Shozi, and Rich Mnisi. Boity looked drop-dead-gorgeous in a purple formal short and matching blazer.
The first episode had Mzansi heaping raises on Boity for giving them an authentic front row seat into her enviable lifestyle and her family. It features her mother Modiehi Thulo, her first pet dog, Asante, and best friend Bob Sithole, popularly known as Bobby Blanco.
Her mother stole the show dress in an impeccable red fringing dress that she stole from her daughter. Modiehi captured the hearts of Mzansi with her funny jokes and being supportive of her daughter.
Boity is one of the most hardworking personalities in the industry, she is multi-talented as she dabbles in rapping, presenting and acting.
Since her debut on television, she has managed to solidify her name in the entertainment space, has become a force to be reckoned with.
Boity has made history by being the first local celebrity to have a reality show on BET Africa.
