Mayor Herman Mashaba has left the stage after he finally went to address community members in Malboro on Monday.
Alex residents booed and heckled him refusing to let Masahaba present his Integrated Development Plan.

The choice of venue has been criticised by residents, saying it shows a lack of respect.
Residents have been protesting for basic service delivery and against illegal structures.

They had initially asked Mashaba to address their issues, but later turned to President Cyril Ramaphosa after Mashaba failed to address their concerns with urgency.
