Naija singer Simi has welcomed her first child – a beautiful baby girl she shares with her song-writer husband Adekunle Gold…
The Duduke singer announced the news on social media on Sunday to the delight of all her fans and followers.
Alsongside a pic of her hubby cradling the newborn, Simi shared a touching message about how motherhood has changed her.
She wrote; “It’s like free-falling – this unending, soul snatching, infinite, mind-boggling love”.
She also revealed the name of her baby girl – Adejare Kosoko Deja, who was born on the 30th of May.
She continued; “Deja, my baby girl, I got you. We got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God”.
Adekunhle shared the same pic on his profile but wrote; “Adejare Kosoko Deja, We got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God…. AG Baby has a Baby”.
The announcement saw the news trend on Twitter with hundreds of tweeps sharing their well wishes with the singer and her new family.
